Visting partner during Covid rules

My partner and I will be applying for him to visit me from the U.S. as part of the Can. government's softening of covid restrictions.
I can't find any info on whether we will have to reapply every time he wants to visit.

Does anyone know more about this?

Others can comment given like you I cannot find anything it seems likely that the extended family option may not be a multi entry arrangement plus of course there is 14 days quarantine every entry

Also assume you are a citizen or PR to qualify for extended family option or immediate family if spouse/common law.
