Hi,
I am an Indian and currently holding a Tier 4 student visa in UK. I would like to apply for Canadian PR through express entry. I am finishing my Tier 4 visa soon and I want to travel to Canada on a visitor visa after that. I hope to have received the ITA and submitted the online application from UK before I leave. Can I submit my passport from Canada while on a visitor visa over there to a Canadian office when I receive the PPR. I don't want to travel to India to do the application if not needed.

You can apply from anywhere and you can travel to Canada as a visitor anytime, however when you're finally approved you need to leave Canada and reenter as a PR.

Do you have enough points? The process can take quite a while. What will you do for approximately 6 months? Of course all contingent on getting a trv.

You will have to see if you get approved because you don't have a reason to travel to Canada. Without a current job and applying from a country other than your home country will raise some red flags.
