I received biometric validation letter to my visitors visa application on 30 June, 2023. On the same day there was information about my counterfoil visitors visa ( visa number, expiry date, and travel document number) on my tracking page. That same date, 30th June was indicated as final decision date. But the status stated that " Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made ". Up to date (26th September, 2023) I have still not received anything from them. I have sent them web form messages but no response. Can anyone tell me what is happening? Is this situation normal? Should I worry? What should I do?
The application was done in Ghana.

It will likely take multiple months.

Any update on your application

Given your immigration history it will likely be more difficult for any family to get a TRV. There will be increased concern that they will apply for asylum.

Hey guys,

My parents applied for a tourist visa in August and their tracker says everything "complete", I just ordered gcsm notes for them last month and I got it yesterday. It has 3 info sharing:
Biometrics-FCC Detail (status: complete-assessed)
Biometrics-FCC (status: complete- not reviewed)
Biographic (status: compete- no match)

And security itself is blank
The top right of their form also has s.15(1)

They traveled to US in 2015

What does this mean in terms of their security check?? Is it done???
