Dear friends,
My mother came to Canada 20th December 2013. She has 10 years multiple visa. Her visa has been extended other more 6 months and did her medical. She is going back to Nepal in November 2014.
If she wants to comeback, when she can come. Some say that she has to stay 2/3/4 months. Some say one month is ok then she can come back.
If she goes back to Nepal from Canada, can she come immediately to Canada that she has multiple 10 years visa?
I would be happy if you please response me.
Thanks

She can come back anytime. Also she can be refused entry anytime.

No time abroad guarantees what will happen. Of course the more she stays abroad the more chances to get admitted back. As long as she has a valid reason then she should be fine. Also remember, VISIT means that she spends more time in other places than in Canada. If she has stayed more time in Canada than anywhere else that raises her chances of getting refused.
