Usually how many days it will take to get this update. I did CSE on 26th of this month to submit an additional doc requested by them( as there was no space to jupload it in MyCIC.) till now no message for that in MyCiC

As you submitted an additional document (and it wasn't an enquiry as such), you will get an update in your MyCIC account/a decision. It's not possible to say how long this will take

You should have included a letter to request the visa office along with your passport. Yes, people have requested for expedited visa stamping. Anyways

No, you cannot call the visa office. All going well, you should get your passport back through Blue Dart couriers (if you opted to have it couriered) by Friday/Saturday of next week

My sister and her husband have submitted paper applications to VFS Ahmedabad today Fev 2, 2017
VFS staff member looked at her expired passport with Canada TRV and said that she has visited Canada but TRV is expired.
Staff member has separated her documents and her husband documents and put it in same folder. She has submitted her expired passport with Canada TRV too.
But she forgot to request the CAN+ category. However, they have submitted all documents for regular trv.
As VFS staff member recognized my sister's expired passport with Canada TRV, do they process her application under CAN+ ? Or Visa office will recognize her expired TRV and will they process under CAN+ ?
What is processing time at Bangalore visa office presently ?

Did your sister request for CAN+ processing in the cover letter? And did she scan the previous entry stamp even though she has submitted her passport?

With original passport, She has scanned previous passport copies with TRV and entry/exit stamps.
But I think she didn't put cover later for CAN+. She thought cover later for online only.
In addition, in her schedule 1 form, she has added that she has visited Canada for 3 months in year 2015 under previous travel section.

1) CAN+ is guaranteed processing in 5 days ? Her husband is not eligible for Can+.
2) She has visited Canada before so it is a positive sign for Visa officer ? she had 2.5 years visa and she has visited 2 years ago for 3 months only during summer.

1. There are no guarantees that a CAN+ application will be processed in 5 days. It can take longer/has taken much longer/taken as long as regular TRV processing in some CAN+ cases.

2. It is a positive sign that she has visited earlier. However, she must still prove her strong ties to India

She got visa in year 2015 while she wasn't working and not student and not married. She was at home.

Presently, she is student and will finish her study in April 2017.
Her husband has full time good job with decent salary in India. (They have added his Tax Documents too)
I have wrote an invitation letter (notary signed) that they will visit here from May 15 to May 31 2017 (two weeks)
I also added my bank statement with saving account $36K and they have showed their saving of $44K.
In addition, I prepared their day to day activity for 15 days and they also have added with their application.

One more question:

I would like to link their paper application to my cic account.

When should I try to add it online ? Their passport will be at Bangalore Embassy tomorrow.

Is that alright if i add their applications to my cic account ?

Also let me know processing time at Bangalore embassy for visitor visa.
