I got an email at 3.30 am est.
The mail was from donotreply@cic.gc.ca

When I checked the messages in the account, I found the refusal letter

Nope. I believe based on the workload, an officer doesn't take more than 10 mins on a single visitor application.

May be because of different visa offices.
In the refusal letter, I see the visa office address is of Bangalore India.
My spouse lives in Bangalore, so that's why the case was sent there although I applied online.
