Hi there,best wishes all of you. Guys I do have concern about online visitors visa application for my mom. My mom she is about 54 years old and I m Canadian citizen. During filling application I provide invitation letter, bank statement of my mom to show enough fund, passport details and proof o relationship. My concern is during up loading document process it didn't ask any of my documents like passport details or banking document, nothing at all. After all this I submitted application. Now I m worrying would they consider my mom application or would they ask for details from me or just reject the application. Please guys give me some hope if some one had gone through this situation. Any suggestions and comment would be appreciate. Thanks again

I don't think you should worry. If they have not asked then you are fine. If they need more info they will ask you.

Hi guys,

I had applied for TRV on 6th july by paper in CHD and finally status has been changed at VFS website that passport dispatched on 17 aug. So it took around 40 days.
hope u all get it soon

Applied online on July 7th for my Parents Visitor Visa. (india)

No updates yet. its almost 41 days now.

Anyone got any updates on this time frame.

Any info will be greatly appreciated

My Timeline for Visitor Visa for my wife

Applied Online: 5th July
Medicals Passed: 11th July
Passport Request: 06th August
Passport submitted to VFS: 09th August
Passport received with Visa: 17th August

Visa Processed in Delhi Office.
Visa stamped in Bangalore Office.

Hope this helps for tentative time frame.

Direct TRV, am on work permit and my PR application is under process. yet to add her file with my file.

If a person is staying more than 6 months in Canada, Medicals is mandatory. in my case my wife is coming here as a dependent, she will stay with me until my work permit last date. So she need to submit the medicals.
