My Queries are largely on the types of document to be attached for each section on CIC website:

Invitation Letter Section:
1. Invitation letter
2. Employment Letter
3. Business Incorporation Letter
4. Bank Statement for Personal Account (receiving Salary) and Business Account
5. Lease Agreement and Power Bill (For Address)
6. PR Cards Copy (Me and my wife)
7. Notice of Assessment (IT Returns)

M i good with the document attached to the Invitation letter section or do i need some more?

Proof of means of financial support: I am uploading the following
1.Cover Letter explaining the family composition from my in laws perspective and why they have to return back to india.
2.Pension Certificate
3.Bank Statement related to Pension
4.Bank Statement Personal Savings
5.Notarized copy of the regional language property documents
6.Property document Translated in english
7.Affidavit by the translator

Is that all i need or m i missing something in this ?
Please let me know how to attach a file or jpg on the system to the post

To answer your question about JPG.
There are online tools available that converts JPG to PDF.
Ex: www.convert-jpg-to-pdf.net/


Bundle all the files into single PDF.
www.pdfmerge.com

If required compress the PDFs to meet 4MB constraint.

For Invitation Letter, I have attached the following documents is the same sequence as writen.:

1. An Invitation letter in the form of declaration notarized here in Toronto
2. Another letter to explain why I want to invite my parents.
3. Copy of PR card
4. Bank statements from last 6 months showing my salary deposits and savings.
5. Notice of Assesment

Documents that you have listed are more than sufficient, but I would say notarize your invitation letter to make it a legal document.
Secondly, as you have a business incorporation, get a letter from an accountant confirming your annual income from incorporation.

But you mentioned that i should add these with Invitation letter in the Purpose of Travel section .. is that what you meant or my understanding is wrong ?

For the Purpose of Travel Section: I am attaching the following
1.Cover letter
2.Doctors Letter for expected delivery date
3.Medical Reports
4.Flight Itinerary

Are these documents in right section ? and sufficient to convey the purpose of travel

-----i Didn't knew this point but its adds value so i will notarize invitation letter and upload it
2. Another letter to explain why I want to invite my parents.
-----I am mentioning the reason in purpose of travel with doctors confirmation on expected due date and reports supporting the same.
3. Copy of PR card
---- i already have this in the document list
4. Bank statements from last 6 months showing my salary deposits and savings.
-----attaching bank statement of personal shows the deposit from my business account .. also attaching the business account statement and certificate of incorporation.
5. Notice of Assessment
------I have the notice of assessment in the list of document

Documents that you have listed are more than sufficient, but I would say notarize your invitation letter to make it a legal document.
Secondly, as you have a business incorporation, get a letter from an accountant confirming your annual income from incorporation.-----This point sounds good i will get a letter from CA confirming the annual income by the way i have the employment letter from the employer as well mentioning the name,date of employment, position, home address, work hours and annual income on letter head and HR contact person.

Hello,,

I have applied for my wife TRV from india, we got married this April. I am waiting for her result from VFS. Just have few question.She is not a PR neither i have applied her file. Her file is in Bangalore from 20 days now . I know there are too many rejections in Spousal TRV when husband is PR. We provided following documents.

Our Job letters.
her 6 month bank statement. with total value of 25 Lakhs including my father assessment with all FD and investments
She is a govt employee in Bank as a Manager but we didnt provide NOC. Her employment letter says she is working in govt bank.
I have two jobs so my Total income monthly is $5000 was shown.
with my account information of total 10,000 saving
Reason we gave to cic is that she wants to come over to celebrate my birthday which is on Aug 28 as well as we did not get enough time to spend after marriage as i had to rush to canada for work.

The only thing i m worried about is travel history of my wife. She only traveled to Maldives after marriage for 5 days.

Can someone suggest me what are my chances.

How long does it take for the VISA stamping after submission at VFS? Also, is there any chance of rejection after the passport request?

Usually VFS gets back the passport the next day unless there is some problem with the passport.
Rejection after passport request is very rare. Why would they request the passport if want to reject you unless there is some big problem unraveled by them regarding the person's admissibility to Canada. They don't request for passports when your application is not approved.
