Quick question. I've been helping a friend apply to visit Canada. She was previously denied a visa - that was an online application, and all that happened was that the application updated to "denied".
This time - her current application status indicates that a decision has not been started. However, it was updated (while still saying not started) with a request for visa, and that document indicates that a decision has been made, and that they need her original passport.
Are we getting way ahead of ourselves, or does that mean that the visa was approved?
