Please help me rationalize and make a decision here.
Me and my wife recently got married in India. I'm in the process of applying for her PR - but I'm wondering if it will be better to apply for her visitors visa before the PR application or after the PR application? I'd really like her to be here at for least a few months but not sure what is the best approach to take here.
So should I
1) Apply for visitors visa before PR
2) Or apply after PR
3) Any other option
I live in Quebec - not sure if that makes any difference.
