Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum and need some guidance.
I am in Canada right now on PR. Landed in Sep 2015. My fiancée is in India. We'll be getting married in Dec this year in India. After our marriage, she would be applying for Visitors Visa to be able to come and stay with me for some time. At the same time, we would be applying for her PR under family class sponsorship.
My question is which one of the below two options has a better chance of getting her Visitors Visa approved:
1. After our marriage, she applies for Visitor Visa before we start the processing for her PR.
2. After our marriage, we apply for her PR first and then she applies for her Visitor Visa.
I understand that Visitors Visa is difficult to be approved for spouses. Curious to know from the experience of others. I would really appreciate your help.
