Visitor's visa for sister

Hi Guys

I am planning to get my sister here in Canada on tourist visa for 3-4 weeks during her summer vacation. She currently goes to school in Pakistan. One of the visa requirement is the proof that the person will return back to her home country after the visit, so I am wondering what sort of documents she can attach as the proof?

1) She is 19 years old and depended on my parents.
2) She doesn't have any travel history.
3) She doesn't have any assets on her name.
