Visitors Visa for parents

Hi, I have generated a online account for my dad and filling out the online form with taking all the information from him. I have attached the applications of my mom and brother along with my dad and has made my dad as primary applicant. They have travelled to USA in last 5 years and have a valid US visa of 10 years . So my question is-
Do they have to submit financial proof if they have valid USA visa?
Do they have to fill Family representative form IMM5173?
Do they have to download, sign, scan and upload the IMM5707 form back in the application even if my dad is doing a online application as the form says if you are applying online you do not have to sign and will be taken digital signature?
For how much duration the visitor visa is granted ? is it with multiple entries?

Your questions:
1. Finances proof - yes
2. 5173 - yes, need to complete any form that pops up online, which otherwise you can’t proceed to “next” payment page.
3. 5707 - system won’t accept scanned docs. Forms need to be uploaded, stored in Adobe 10 reader and saved in PC. No need to sign docs for online application, just full name as per passport at end of form.
4. Visa duration - at their discretion based on info submitted but normally up to passport expiry date unlike US B1/B2 for 10 years regardless.

Finances proof- in the application, there is no tab to upload financial proof documents. The form is not asking for that so where do I upload it? Do they have to financial proof document when they go to VAC center in India during biometric or if called for interview?
The application is asking for just following documents- IMM5357, IMM5707, schedule 1, IMM5173, travel history, passport with visa and entry , exit stamps, marriage certificate, tab for any additional information to provide if not provided in application.
2- for both 5707 and 5173, I am downloading the form , taking the hand signature as these forms are not letting me Type name in signature part of form so shall i keep it blank or download form, print the form, hand sign, scan and upload in pc in adobe 10 format and then upload in application?

The application is also not asking for employment letter for my dad and college letter for my brother so where do I submit these documents. As under tourist visa when I checked in document checklist, it states- no financial proof required if have valid USA visa, employment letter required, college letter required if student, detailed itinerary and flight bookings required. For all theses there is no tab to upload the documents in the application created for my family . So how and where do I submit these documents ?

Also I am unable to find a 5713 family representative form on Canada immigration website? Whee do I find it?
