No, it's not easy for a Russian to get a visitor's visa. Unfortunately, Russia has been a big source of fraudulent visas, making it harder for everyone.

I would apply early, apply with a return ticket already purchases (buy refundable airfare in case she is denied), and as much proof she will return as possible. List all property she owns, businesses she runs, etc. If she has few ties to Russia, her visa won't be granted.

so if she is coming in june when do you suggest for her to apply ? she is 20 years old and she goes to college there and still lives with her parents.Maybe she can provide a proof of her residency and a proof that she attends school? Is that enough?
Also i came to Canada with help of a canadian lowyer ,maybe he can write some letter which will increase her chances of getting visa. She is nit comming to live here, just to visit me for couple of weeks.

No, unfortunately that isn't enough to say her application is strong.

I doubt a letter from the lawyer would do any good.

Bit what elsse can she provide ? I realy realy want her to come to visit me ...
She needs to show strong ties - things she cannot walk away from. School generally is easier to walk away from than property, a business, or dependants. If she is the primary caregiver to her parents because they are disabled, that would help too. (You have to show proof or CIC won't buy it.)

I know you want her to come visit, but the reality is, as a student with no property or children remaining in Russia, her chances are low.

I think that she cant provide anything else. She is not working neither.Maybe if i write a letter that says that she will stay with me and that she will leave the country at some specific time? For now only documents that she can provide is her residency, school attendance, and her family.
