Visitors visa for dad undergoing dialysis

Hi All,
Looking for some insights to apply visitors visa for my dad who is undergoing dialysis 3 times/week, any insurance companies inside Canada who might be ready to accept my dad. I am planning to have his dialysis done once in the transiting country either Dubai/Abudabi. Please provide some valuable suggestions as I would like to get him visit me here.

You won't get coverage for dialysis through any insurance company. You need to be prepared to pay these costs out of pocket. Before your father comes to Canada, make sure you find a clinic that is willing to accept him as a patient.

Insurance companies are not charitable institutions. They are there to make money. No chance they would accept your dad unless you were willing to pay a premium higher than the amount the insurer would expect to pay for his treatment. As @scylla points out, as a practical matter, no insurer will underwrite this risk.
