Visitors Visa Delay - Ordered GCMS notes

Hi all. I applied for my visitors visa online at the end of Jan 2024, Biometrics were done in Vienna straight after and I've been in limbo ever since, so I decided to order GCMS notes.
I'm a married South African Citizen with 3 kids, resident in Slovakia for the last 15 years with an extensive travel history for work and pleasure including US non-immigrant visas, no criminal record.

My application just does not seem to be moving at all.

Can anyone look at my notes and tell me what might be the issue please?
I have noticed that I do not see anything in the notes about me informing them about my change of address or my US non-resident visa which I got afterwards.

Processing for most are around 300 days so not much you can do. You showed little to no funds with no travel destination. Raise a webform and wait.

A month or so ago the processing time was 38 days for Austria, now it jumped to 280 days. I can't understand what is going on. I gave my travel plan in my application. It was for maximum a month and included visiting Nova Scotia and Ontario provinces. I see this is not recorded in the notes at all. I gave 8500 CAD as a maximum budget for the trip, which should be ample, not my financial worth as that is not the question in the application form.

So you applied from Austria? Thought it was Slovakia? Raise a webform. Nothing to do. Itinerary is strange because provinces are not even close to one another. Funds are way too low.

CAD 8,500/- in your bank account is too low for visa.
