Hi guys, So I have a friend who tried coming to Canada last year but her application got denied and she wanted to try again this year because I suggested her to come for my birthday before all the corona outbreak happened. But, with all the Travel restrictions due to the virus I was wondering if is even possible to applied again before august and get a approved or is it just a waste of time?

You can apply it won't be refused but I would advice to wait until things go back to normal and i doubt it will be approved on time as currently applications from Feb are still pending
