Hello All,

My wife is on visitor visa in Canada.
I am waiting for my educational visa extension as I recently changed my college for 2years course.
Can my wife file for open work permit immediately after my visa extension and what are the chances that she will get the visa??

Hi

Yes, she can apply for an OWP once you have your extended study permit. Her chances of approval are very good.

Hello all,

Workpermit was refused with the reason - Medical's required as I applied from
Inside canada.
I'm currently on visitor status.
how long is the process to get Medical's done and apply again??
My visitor visa will expire in march 2017.
