My Visit visa application is in process. Got the bio-metrics request, but in India everything is closed. If I go to Dubai for the bio-metrics then is it possible that I can submit my passport for stamping there if I get a passport request.??

Biometrics can be done in dubai. stamping will happen in india.

Your location for biometric won't affect the rest of your application and passport request.

I Know but currently passport stamping is also on hold in India.

Not sure. Don’t believe you can actually travel to UAE at the moment.

Hi ,when did you applied for visitor visa, are you having pr and did you attached any phac form by any chance ?

When did you applied ? Are you pr holder ? Any special documents you attached while applying like phac ? Did you applied online ?

Flights are suspended from India to Dubai .... Few private Jet options are there but will cost around 3-4 lakhs per ticket as per the news
