i applied online for visitor visa ( me, my husband and my two kids ) did the biometric on 21 of june and iam waiting them to rply me to submit our passports.
its shown on my husband status ( your action is required ) ! what is that mean !!
and why they didnt take our passports once we finished the biometric as they usually do !
and how long thy take to reply me !!
please i need help

Action required means they need some answers from you .

as far as i know they dont collect passports right after bio-metrics. you should wait for their decision if visa is approved then they need passports otherwise they give you refusal letter.
