sir can u share what was the decision on your application as i also had applied on 3-04-2018 but my application is still in under processI applied canada visitor visa on 5-4-2018 and decision made on 23-4-2018 but no email nothing from embassy.
Then i sent follow up email no response till now.

You can email the relevant visa office for your country to request for a copy of the refusal letter
