Wat will b processing time for visitor visa
If we have applied online from Canada like if it is 25 days and will that day will start frm the day which we hav submitted our file or the day will b counted when we have received our file number

What will be the procedure

Processing time depends on the country of residence of the applicant even if someone applies on your behalf from Canada. This means in-Canada processing time will not apply to your applications.

Processing time is calculated from the day IRCC receives your application to the day a decision is made. In addition to this one must add another 10 days or so for passport transmission.

Do note; These are estimated processing times, and not a guarantee within which a decision will be made

Need help
We have applied for visitor visa
Occasion is my sister bdy on 12 September
Applied on 8 august file number got
But still no response
plzz help need to ask we will b getting response before 12 or it can b extended more
Becz travelling reason we have given
to attend 35 bdy of my sister

If the date will b crossed of bdy ie 12 sep after that dey won't b giving us visa becz reason was bdy sooo what. Will happen I m confused a lot

IMO, wanting to visit for a birthday party is not a strong purpose of visit. Ideally, you should have drawn up plans like a tourist + meet your sister + the birthday celebration. Anyways. What's been done cannot be undone now.

The visa office does not take decisions based on event dates, but based on the strong ties and evidence provided

Today I got my passport but there is no visa and refusal letter....only got message important information has been sent by mail ....but not received mail??? What this mean?
