That's too long a trip. I would request a 2 week trip instead. You'll want to provide evidence of strong ties to your home country to demonstrate that you plan to return once your trip is over. You should include a letter from your employer confirming your employment, planned vacation period and when you expect to be back at work. You should also include (if possible) proof of property ownership or rental - and also proof that you have enough money to pay for your vacation.

You should apply as soon as possible if you want to visit in September. It can take several months for the TRV application to be processed.

Ok Thank you but in case my visitor visa is refuse then it would be affect on my dependent visa on my husband's PR in future? and if i provide my company's confirmation letter, approve leave application, bank statement and notarized legal document which content my surety that i will come back to India on this date/ by giving date that all are enough to get approve my application?
