Hello,
When applying for visitor visa, on the page "Find out if you're eligible to apply", the first question asking "What is the main purpose of your visit" and there is a drop down menu with few options. There are 2 options that make me confuses. 1) To visit family and /or friends 2) Tourism
My question is lots of people coming to Canada for Tourism and at the same time visit friends that they might have. In these cases which option should be chosen? And what is the maid difference between the two?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It will depends on your itienerary...

If you have an invitation letter (from friends and relatives), then select "visit friends/relatives";

Otherwise, if you only have hotel bookings / guided tour, then select "tourism".

Thanks,
another thing, if a father and under 18 years old daughter apply (2 separate passport but one application) visa officer will either grant visa to both or reject both or officer may decide to grant visa to one of them ie:father and reject the other ie:daughter application?
