I good friend is currently on a single entry visitor visa in Canada which expires end of April 2014. He was granted positive LMO last week. Following are questions in mind:
a. Can he apply online for a work visa? How long is this process?
b. If he applies online for his work visa and eventually granted one, can he do "flagpole" even though he has a single entry visitor visa to Canada? Does his work visa supersede his single entry visitor visa?
c. If "flagpoling" is not advisable, where can he get his work permit?
