Visitor visa with minor children, same GCkey with different applications or separated GCkey?

Hi everyone, I want to apply visitor visa for me and my two kids with the invitation from my husband (study permit holder).
I am wondering if I can use my GCkey to apply for my kids or I need to make separated GCkeys for each of them?
Anyone who has the experience, please give me an advice. Thank you so much.
