Visitor visa will expire while app is in process

HI, in April this year my boyfriend and I want apply for sponsor common-law partner, in that time we will have one year leaving together, my concern is that my visitor visa will expire in september. Can I apply for a renew or new visitor visa from within Canadá? And if I have to leave Canada for get a new visa in my country, Can I came back to Canadá after I get the new visa without this affecting the app process? :-X thanks

If you are OK with not leaving Canada for a year, apply for inland application, you can also get work permit with this, and should be able to stay for the duration of processing.
If you need to leave Canada then apply for outland processing, this is without a work permit but will allow you to leave Canada without affecting the application.

Thank, but I don't really want leave Canada my problem it is my visitor visa will expire in 6 months, I will need a new one, is it possible to get one from within Canada as just a Visitor? This way I will not have to leave Canada and continue with my inland app process.

Yes, you can apply for a status extension online. Just apply about a month before yours expires. I assume you are applying outland.

Not we want apply for inland app but my current temporary resident status is still valid, and my existing visa counterfoil will expire in 6 months, so I need a new one for apply a new extension again and remain in Canada until the process is over and I don't know if there are any chance to get a new visa counterfoil from within Canada?

The visa itself is only for entry to Canada, are you planning on leaving? All you need is status extension or work permit. With the work permit you can renew the visa inside Canada if you need to re-enter the country for a short period (it's not a great idea to leave the country while doing an inland application).

You are not required to have a valid TRV to remain in Canada. Status is separate from the validity of the TRV.

As you are applying inland, including an OWP app with the PR app will maintain your status.
