visitor visa want to turn into work permit

I m sad...they just refused my restoration request.....
but i m still waiting for my work permit result....
They have really Harassed me for submitting my file... 1st time they send my file back to ask for my original passport..
I send my file again with passport..

2nd time they again send my file back to ask for new draft(it should be 1 month old)..
I send my file again to Seattle with recent date draft...now they got my file 18th july (as i check from canada post received)

In between I got my refusal for restoration............

can i get positive results from seattle ??
after refusal i cnt go back because i dnt have my passport....is this illigal stay ? wt to do ??
will they cosider my file submission date 18th july or the previous date i send them file on 30th may..??

yes i did.........when i got my file back for original passport then i attached the online receipt printout with that file...

I am not quite sure how they will assess your application considering you don't have status in Canada.

yes i m scared for thinking that,,,,,,,,,,i know the result ll be negative 99% but 1% positive .. if the visa officer ll be nice.....:-(
Now its all up to visa officer...

but till than i ll not get my passport .i can not go back ??

is there any option ?? plz suggest me

You should be getting a response anytime now. Seattle has an average of 30 days processing once a complete application is received. Considering they requested something (draft?, is this the bank draft?) from you instead of an outright refusal may mean some hope.

I didnt get your point Dear....... i mean about hope....plz explain it..
yes it is bank draft of wp fee...150$
and one thing more to tell you that when they received my complete submission on 18th july......i hv lost my LMO validity on 17th july just cause of sending file again and again ...otherwise i put my file on 30th may.....but cause of their neglegency (they didnt mention in checklist that they need original passport)
i think u got my point that what i want to explain....

Hopefully they consider the date when you sent it, otherwise you would have lost $150.00 because of the expired LMO. It's up to the applicant to check what documents need to be submitted together with the package.

Strong possibility the consulate might not consider the application.

They called me for interview in seattle............now i hv to apply visa for USA....
will i get the visa or not ??
for interview i m confidence i ll pass in that.........
but not more tension is US visa............what do you suggest ??

yes i send my passport to them....
but according to law ..interview is must for live in caregiver catagory...so they send interview :-[
but i m tensed abt USA visa..............
