Hi,
I have a situation. I am getting married soon to a Canadian citizen & we have decided to have the wedding in Canada. Most of my family lives in the US ( mother, father + 3 brothers)-some r US citizen some green card holders. I have another younger brother (21 years) who lives in Macedonia- his application to immigrate to the US was approved, but he is still awaiting VISA procedures. We want him to come to my wedding in Canada. My Canadian Fiance will send him an invitation letter. I have several question in this regard:
Should he disclose that most of his family lives in the US? What are the pros and cons?
Should he disclose that he is in a process of immigrating to the US? What are the pros and cons?
We ( my family in the US) will pay for all of his expenses? Is it ok to provide a bank statement from one of my family members?
Anything else he should put in the application?
Based on the info above, what are the chances they will issue him a visa?
Thanks for your hep.
