Hi I would like to apply visitor visa to my cousin and She is not my first or 2nd cousin she is kind or relative but very close to my family. What should I show as proof of relationship and how should I show it ? please help what all to be included to get her visit visa approved. she will be visiting just for 2 weeks. She is currently working in india.

There's really no relationship to show in that case. You can send an invitation letter as a friend.
Your cousin should provide proof of funds to show she has enough money to cover the costs of her trip and also show proof of ties, etc.
if I apply as Friend then the chances of Approval is very less right So, I want something strong so that she won't get a rejection
So she is in fact related to you? Your first post says she's not to you but is a family friend.
Whether she is approved or refused will not depend on your relationship but on the strength of her profile.
Yes, I'm including her current job pay slips and a letter from her office stating she is gng on a vacationa nd she will return back to work on so and so date. I have also attached Invitation letter along with another letter explaining how is she related to me as cousin. She is providing 8000$ as her savings bank fund along with her Pay slips should we add anything else to make it strong ?
I don't think she has any properties on her name, she is the only daughter to her parents. A lawyer attested letter from her father stating that she is the only daughter for them and their property so she needs to come back to look after their business and her parents will be enough ?

It's fine. She needs strong tie to her home country. Not to Canada. So a family friend's invitation is fine.
May be have an itinerary planned out for where she plans to go as a tourist.
