Visitor visa to Canada please advise...

Dears,
i want to apply for visitor visa to Canada...
1-i have invitation from a Canadian friend and he will cover all expenses of my vacation.
2-i am a university graduated in computer science and i worked for 2 years in first company and now i moved to new one from 3 months.
3-i will get letter from my company that include: i am employed from 3 months,my salary is 1500$,i am in vacation from x date and will return to work in y date,my position and duties
4-i have bank account(3000 $)(the account of my salary is it acceptable?) from 2 and a half years.
5-i have no family ties in Canada all my parents and family members are here(not in Canada).
6-my age is 26 years old and i am single.
7-i have half house real estate for me.
8-i have no travel history.

can you evaluate please, give me additional info to improve my file...please advise

if they reject can i retry directly or i have to wait for special period...

Bold points are a red flag, rest is luck and there is no formula to this. Office needs to be convinced that you will return, considering the bold points, you seem high risk of staying over

thanks a lot my dear...but really i don't want to stay over there so please inform me how can i show them that i will return knowing that really i will return back......why they make it so hard...it is just i want to visit a friend and come back to my country because i have my family and a good job with good salary and i have a house real estate........so why they make it so hard..

Just need to convince the officer with paperwork, but for a single 26 year old who has no travel history is very tough. Like I said try your best, and who know you can get lucky

Also please include the travel itinerary .. roundtrip ticket..

dear i will advice you first of you will go some other country like europe and singa pore malaysia and thai land to make a good travel history ok other thing you are single how you satisfied the visa officer,,,,
