That isn’t a lot for 3 people for a 1.5 month visit. Given the previous refusals would have suggested only applying for your sister first and after she has visited attempting to secure TRVs for her spouse and child for the next visit. Too late at this point. Hopefully they have strong ties to their home country and previous international travel.

A visit of 1.5 months is considered a long visit, and usually want to show around $10k per person for a 3-4 week visit. But no sense in worrying because they may be approved as long as they showed travel history and strong ties to return. They have no family ties to return if they all want to travel together.

I have put in letters from school for my nephew that he will be going back my brother in law owns a business and also mentioned he will be going back with my nephew only my sister will stay the full term
