visitor visa suggestions

Hi guys,
I am new guy here.i am a Pakistani national and residing in Pakistan right now.i have visited USA and canada in 2001.i applied in 2007 with my family.they refused to my wife and kid but issued me visa.but i didnt travel to canada.we applied in 2008 again but this time they refused all three of us.anyway,i want to visit my sister in canada this summer.please,suggest me that should i apply alone or with my wife and kids?

I want to add here that i have good travel history from 2011 to 2013 so far.

why visa is refused as u have already travel canada in 2001. What were the objections in visa refusal letter.

now what is your current status means your job or business???

They mentioned that we (me and my family)dont have strong ties in Pakistan.and same visa officer reviewed my applications twice. i was in real estates business that time but currently i am working as an administrator in a company.

I am surprised, that ur visit visa was refused even that ur case was very strong. I would like to tell you about strong ties relationship.

I think there is no any your close (Blood Relation) relatives live in Canada. You know that many people go on visit visa especially from Pakistan and then take asylum. This is big reason of refusal.

I advise you that you should apply again by showing strong and genuine docs i.e your current status in Pakistan, Your salary, letter from your employer, annual leaves letter from your employer verified by your HR department, slalary slips, bank statement on your own name etc etc.

It is good. What is your current status now in your company and what deals your company??

Please apply again with b/m docs.
Your salary, letter from your employer, annual leaves letter from your employer verified by your HR department, slalary slips, bank statement on your own name etc etc.

I again advise you which is very useful. Please apply in a conference and get invitation letter from host and then apply. Inshallah ur case will be strong.

I got two years visa by applying in a conference. You should think about it. Thanks

you can apply with your family.

b/m means belwo mentionend docs such as

Your salary, letter from your employer, annual leaves letter from your employer verified by your HR department, slalary slips, bank statement on your own name etc etc.

yes.but how much time CHC Islamabad usually takes to process visit visa nowadays?and should i submit kids school's letter in which mentioning their class,summer vacation dates and school reopening dates etc?

It will take minimum two and max 4 months. Moreover you will attach vacation letter from school

actually i am working with my current employer from 2008.but i quit in 2011 and got job in uae untill 2012.now it is only 3 months on my recent job with same previous company.my recent job is on permanent basis.should i wait little more before applying visa??
