Below message is still the same since Feb 7, 2024 when tracking through vfs global

"Your application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXXXX has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2024/02/08"

But did chat with VFS Global agent and they mentioned that the minimum processing time is 10 to 12 working days once passport has reaches IRCC.
