I have applied TRV of my parents based on the convocation ceremony letter from my university. Based on the following grounds, my application has been refused.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
--- My Parents live in UAE and they frequently visited Pakistan twice an year. Apart from UAE, My father has toured USA in 2001 but the travel history is based on last 10 years, so I didn't include the USA Travel.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
--- Me and my sister lives in Canada, and we both have PGWP. Apart from that my aunt (mother's sister) and uncle (father's brother) are living in Canada for the past 20 years as Citizens.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
--- I have attached the Job Letter of my fathers and bank statement. In the Job letter it was written clearly that my father will resume the job after attending the convocation ceremony. Apart from that all the details are included in the job letter.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
--- We owe a residential flat which worth around 100$K CAD. I have attached the Property Evaluation Report in Proof of Financial Support.

What are the chances if I re apply. What shall be the changes shall I made to the previous application in order to make my application more stronger.
I need experts advise and suggestions. Please advise.

Your parents have many family members in Canada - which means their ties to Canada are very strong and this weakens their application. Also, they only have temporary residency in the country where they are living now - which means they have weak ties. This makes IRCC concerned they have plans to come to Canada long term.

How long a visit did they request? How much did they show in available proof of funds (not the flat, but available funds in a bank account)?

Thanks a lot for your response.

For 15 days visit. We have shown around 15000$ CAD in bank account. My father is working in UAE since 5 years, I also attached NOC Letter from current company where my father is working. Still they rejected. Please advise me.

There may be no point reapplying until something significant in their profile changes.

Can they show any other ties? Their funds and assets are on the low side.

What should we do in this case? If I show any further assets there will be discrepancy. What should I do? Please suggest.

I would recommend that only one of them apply to visit Canada and the other stay behind. Their ties to Canada are very strong with so many family members here. Good luck.

Would order GCMS and reapply trying to address the concerns as much as possible. Your best option is still to invite one parent.

I have also heard that visas are getting denied from India for traveling to Canada due to Corono virus thing happening. How true is that? Any updates?
