I have applied TRV of my parents based on the convocation ceremony letter from my university. Based on the following grounds, my application has been refused.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
--- My Parents live in UAE and they frequently visited Pakistan twice an year. Apart from UAE, My father has toured USA in 2001 but the travel history is based on last 10 years, so I didn't include the USA Travel.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
--- Me and my sister lives in Canada, and we both have PGWP. Apart from that my aunt (mother's sister) and uncle (father's brother) are living in Canada for the past 20 years as Citizens.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
--- I have attached the Job Letter of my fathers and bank statement. In the Job letter it was written clearly that my father will resume the job after attending the convocation ceremony. Apart from that all the details are included in the job letter.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
--- We owe a residential flat which worth around 100$K CAD. I have attached the Property Evaluation Report in Proof of Financial Support.
What are the chances if I re apply. What shall be the changes shall I made to the previous application in order to make my application more stronger.
I need experts advise and suggestions. Please advise.
