Hello,
I am Baljinder Kaur from India. I am an international student in Cyprus. I applied visitor visa for Canada two times but both of time they refused my application. They give me given below reason of refusal.
1. I am not satisfied that you Will Canada at the end of your stay as the temporary residence as the stipulated in the paragraph 179 b of the IRPR based on your travel history.
2. I am not satisfied that you Will Canada at the end of your stay as the temporary residence as the stipulated in the paragraph 179 b of the IRPR based on the purpose of the visit.
3. I am not satisfied that you Will Canada at the end of your stay as the temporary residence as the stipulated in the paragraph 179 b of the IRPR based on your personal assets and financial status.

Can you please explain this reasons. I have applied twice but they rejected both time with the same reason. I prepare all the documents for this visa. I also took holiday letter from college.

The reasons for refusal are relatively self-explanatory. In looking at your application, the visa officer saw that you had not travelled enough to countries that are strict in issuing visas, like the UK, EU, or US. If you have only travelled to places where visas are easy to get, it's not possible to tell if you will respect visa conditions.

Additionally, you are a student in a third-country. All visa applicants must provide proof of ties to their home country and country of residence. These ties must be the kind of things that weigh against abandoning them - like a house, a spouse, or other large, immovable assets. Unless you have a large amount of strong evidence of ties, you will be rejected.

You also appear not to have proven that you have enough money to support your trip to Canada.

Finally, the purpose of your visit to Canada did not make sense to the visa officer. Simply stating "tourism" as a purpose of visit is not enough. You must explain why you want to go to Canada instead of anywhere else in the world, and why now is the time to go.

What all did you submit in support of your application as evidence?

Okay, but I explained everything in my application that I am depending on my family. They are fully supporting me. I attached all the documents with my application like husband's business, bank statements of my husband account, income tax returns, property, parents's work, my personal assets (like jewellery etc) in India etc..
On the other hand, I have 6000 euro (9000 CAD) in my Cyprus account where I applied from and i attached this statement also with my application.

And about the purpose of visit.i attached cover letter in which I explained everything which places I will visit and what I will do there.

Your family supporting you is not evidence you will leave Canada.

Why are you trying to visit Canada, and not things closer to Cypress, like Greece, Turkey, the EU, etc? Why Canada?
