Visitor Visa Rejected- Want to apply again

Please i need advice in applying my visitor visa to canada, As i was on visit to USA i applied for Canadian visitor visa, but i got rejected because as below:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident.
In reaching this decision,
I considered several factors, including:
immigration status in country of residence
Purpose of visit
Current employment situation
Personal assets and financial status

Because i have provided band statement of my uncle(maternal) who had invited me to his home in canada, so i didnt not attached my bank statement.(working in Saudi arabia)

Now i want to visit canada for a business conference(3 days) then i want to visit my brother in USA, kindly advice me. i am working in saudi and have work permit of saudi. what are the chances of getting a visa

First off, your uncle's bank statements are pretty much irrelevant. You need to show that you can afford the trip to Canada, so your finances are a must. You will need to show strong business relationships related to the business conference, client lists,sales, purchases, etc.
Applying from the US also contributes lack of ties (you don't live in the US). Do you have a US Visa?
