TRV Rejected Now want to apply for Super Visa

They can apply for their super visas shortly before they retire. That said, they must continue to demonstrate that they have other strong ties to return home especially if they have only employment/temporary status in KSA
So in this case should I be telling them that they are about to retire? And we have decided that they will be staying in canada for more than one year and after that they will be living with other siblings?

@Bryanna I mean when we apply again for supervisa after this short visit on TRV, Do we state this statement in the invitation letter " that they are about to retire next year or are already retired and we want them to spend their life with every children and also visit canada periodically for a year?
No future scenarios. Keep to the now-and-here.
Be very careful with your choice of words. I would not use a phrase like *we want them to spend their life with every children and also visit canada periodically for a year*. The application must only state one, solitary visit of a finite duration. Do not mention multiple visits in the future and/or of open-ended visits

Hi I am planning to applying mom super visa after they got rejected TRV.I have few questions . I meet income requirements for 5 people ( me spouse and 2 kids ) not for six . And my dad don't want to come .only so I'm only applying for mom at this point. So I have questions . Does mom need to provide her proof of financial status . Coz every thing has under my father name ? It's super visa not trv!?!
May I ask how did you come up with 30 pages? By including NOA, pay stubs and bank statements? Aren't these docs have to be uploaded on either proof of means of financial support/proof of financial resource of supporter?
But maybe you do not have these options, cause these are for regular trv, yet, your parents were approved for regular trv...
Going back on your super visa, if indeed you correctly applied for it there will be an option to upload your NOA, employment letter etc... so did you really attached these on the invitation letter as well?
Yes, actually they look for assets in your home country so there were 8 to 10 pages and PR cards, As we were applying for SV so we didn't get those options separately.

i attached the following to Invitation letter:
assets in home country
bank statements in KSA and home country
Employment letter for my Dad
old Passport for my parents with all expired visa
PR cards for my brother's family
paystubs
credit report
our mistake that we stated one month trip so they gave us TRV instead of SV
Well in our case i applied for both. As the property is under my mom's name so we mentioned it in the invitation letter and everything else was on my dad's name like bank statements.
you may want to search in the forums as there is a lot of posting, where they are only applying for mom and similar case like u.
Thank you for your reply... were the exact dates indicated on the invitation letter like august 15 to sept 15? Or simply 1 month and the exact dates were provided on the purpose of travel instead?
Another thing, is your invitation letter signed by your brother only or does he has a wife who also provided her NOA and co-signed the invitation letter?
Yes exact dates.. I think if u see the requirements they also ask for dates.
