Hi, I applied for visitor visa for my parents. They were called to do their biometrics and then few days later we got a rejection email stating that "There is no paid proof of medical insurance from a Canadian company" . I was under an assumption that medical insurance is required only for super visa. What can I do now?

I had submitted all other required documents like
Invitation letter
Pay stubs
Offer letter with hire date
Back account summary and enough balance.
Parents account balance summary and pension letter

found an article that states a few reasons why it could've been rejected. https://kurzfeldlawfirm.com/common-...migration-applications-and-how-to-avoid-them/ .
I've never heard of someone requiring medical insurance for a visitor visa purpose. It's better to contact a licenced immigration lawyer here in Canada. There is a way to apply for reconsideration. They'd be able to explain better. certainly, it's some other reason, I feel it could be something w either filling the form or providing the proofs. Primarily its poor/insufficient proofs that proves ties to the return.
wishing you the best of luck. I know getting parents here is a big thing for us.
