visitor visa rejected by mistake not mentioned in application

Frankly I don't think this should be a big issue !
I was just lil paranoid ! And thought of updating anyways !

I am not planning to send email/ imm5669e again !
I will use this reference as alaby !

Why we do not need to send updated Doc?

I am also having same issue.

Note : Canada and US are sharing their VISA database...

I guess we don't need to update if you guys have made mistake not mentioning US visa reject.
I was rejected twice for US visa. Once for F1 visa, student visa and next time was B1 visa, tourist visa. And my wife was rejected for Canada student visa few years back. We didn't mentioned about this.
But we have already received our MR and RPRF.
Yesterday we did Medical test and today we send RPRF.

Application received by CIC: 31st July 2014
PER email: 25th Nov 2014
MR and RPRF email: 13 Jan 2015
Medical test done: 18 Jan 2015
RPRF sent: 19 July 2015
