Hi guys
I have received my per, but by mistake ihave not mentioned that I was rejected for USA and UK visitor visa. I want to rectify that mistake. Please help me urgently.
 
This is very interesting case ..i am really sorry cant answer this question can u consult some experience immigration specialists or attorneys and find out.

I am not an expert but my suggestion would be; since you have received PER and have got application file number, so write a covering letter , address to your visa office and explain this situation (mistake in the form) and also send updated form with rectification of your previous mistake.

Can we know why visitor visa for UK and US was rejected ? It depends on reason for rejection how CIC will reacts.

it was unsufficiant income. It's finantial ground.
 
I have the same issue, you have to send the cover letter with amended form throught case specific inquaries I think.

Hi Urvig,

Did you contact your consultant, what did hey say, Because i am also same situation my US B1 was rejected two time in 2013, I did not inform in the forms, So i have contacted one of my friend who in Canada and told about the situation, He told we will consultant his immigration lawyer and let me know. As far as i know there won`t be any problem.

hi my consultant asked me to wait till MR as I have received PER. Did you get your PER? He also said there wont be any problem but i am not sure what to do. Please let me know what your friends reply as you get it.

sure i will help, i have sent my application on nov 24, i haven`t received PER. But my friend from Canada will update me on by Tuesday.

I definitely would not wait until MR. Let CIC know asap (as soon as you have PER) so that they don't make a finding of misrepresentation, refuse your application, and ban you from Canada.
