Hi People.
My visitor visa application is refused with my family ( spouse + 2 kid ) , wherein purpose is to visit my brother who is inviting us to meet them on event of new house purchased , visiting along with my parents who already have Canada visitor visa .( mentioned in visa application and there passport attached ) .
I am employed and filling ITR around 8 lacs + my wife ITR around 5 lac ( not working since 2017 due to another child ) + property evaluation 75 lac , included in CA report .
Bank : 11 lac .( me + wife )
Travel history : Travel UK in 2007 .
NOC for Child school , NOC from my office .
applied through online mode
Below are reasons stated , please advice ..where should i concentrate ..?
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
