Visitor Visa Refused

Hi People.

My visitor visa application is refused with my family ( spouse + 2 kid ) , wherein purpose is to visit my brother who is inviting us to meet them on event of new house purchased , visiting along with my parents who already have Canada visitor visa .( mentioned in visa application and there passport attached ) .

I am employed and filling ITR around 8 lacs + my wife ITR around 5 lac ( not working since 2017 due to another child ) + property evaluation 75 lac , included in CA report .
Bank : 11 lac .( me + wife )
Travel history : Travel UK in 2007 .
NOC for Child school , NOC from my office .
applied through online mode

Below are reasons stated , please advice ..where should i concentrate ..?

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

You have too many obstacles. Unless you wanted to travel without your spouse and children your chances are low.

I see that new house openings/parties seem to get a lot of refusals based on purpose of visit. It is not something that is normal for one to travel so far for.

Yes, agree but a stated these reasons are genuine , and furthermore can you please suggest others purpose of visit ..

Thanks for concerned on this post.
I understand that visiting my brother and family to meet and greet them ( maybe on achieving new house ) purchased by them , may be not a satisfactory reason for VO to convince for visa approval .
but i want to understand , instead how can we convince them for visa approval ..

There may no be no way for you to convince them. Order GCMS notes and work towards addressing any of the concerns. This may take years or may not be possible.

I received notes and below are reasons on it .
Given family ties or economic motives to remain in canada , the applicants incentives to remain in canada may outweigh their ties to their home country .the applicant purpose of visit appears vague and poorly documented . the applicant prior travel history is insufficient to count as positive factor in my assessment.weighing the factors in this application ..I am not satisfied that applicant will depart canada at end of period authorized for their stay . for reasons above , I have refused this application

2. purpose of visit ( Can be corrected )
3. travel history . ( ?? )

what should i do now.??

one of the issues is that your parents are also in Canada. I would consider applying to visit on your own for 2-3 weeks and return home. I would then keep building your ties to your home country whether that is through better employment, savings, buying property and then consider maybe visiting with your wife before applying for the whole family to come to Canada. I would write a specific itinerary for your stay. Specific places you will visit on top of days where you will visit. Is there an event you will go to celebrate like an important birthday where there will be a big celebration with invitations, perhaps hall rental, catering. There is no one magic way to solve this. Is your wife caring for her parents or other family members? That would be another way to show ties.
