Visitor visa refused, Want to apply Super visa

I'd applied visitor visa for my parent from India in 2022 but they got refusal. Now Can I apply super visa for them? Is there any negative impact from previous visitor visa refusal if I apply super visa for them?

You'll need to declare the TRV refusal in the super visa application and you'll also want to provide evidence in the super visa application to overcome the reasons why the TRV was refused.
