How long has it been since you applied and have u receive any update as yet.?

We applied on 31 Jan. No update since biometric, although eligibility shows completed on tracker with background in progress for both in-laws.
Now it is officially over normal processing times.

There's no time limit for results.. online it's showing in days but it's take like 5 to 8 months if it's visitor visa.

well there are country specific official processing times posted on IRCC is what we have to go with. Yes there are some countries that take almost a year of processing time.
