Visitor visa Refused - help please!

@starzibal I recently got a visa for a couple and their son from India. The couple's daughter was pregnant and in toronto. Similar case to your niece. They had showed bank statements of couple (both husband and wife), total of around 38000 CAD for 3 months visit for 3 people. You can use this to calculate that your niece's mother will need 38000/3 = 12000+ cad for 3 months.

I am not saying that this is the minimum funds or not. They had good funds available in bank statement so they were able to show it. if the woman has less funds, can she and husband apply together if husband has good funds? check this option.

I applied for my brother's visitor visa 3rd time and it was refused again. I showed more than 20000 CAD in his account and more than 100K in my account but still they said financial assets are not sufficient for 12 days trip. They are just minting money and refusing for illogical reasons. He submitted below documents:
1. Bank statement
2. payslips
3. property under his name
4. proof of employment
5. return flight ticket

Do you think they could have rejected solely on the basis of his marital status? He is divorced

What did GCMS notes say from past refusals? What were reasons for refusal? What do you mean I showed $20k in his account? How many times has he applied in past two years? Your funds are not relevant.

if the funds have recently been deposited in the accounts, then they wont consider it, depends on the bank statement also, it should be for 4-6 months and should show genuine regular receipts (for source of funds) and expenses.
