Visitor Visa refuse

Hello,
I got my visitor visa refuse due the fact that I had a Refusal USA previously and did not the information disclose. But I have never got a visa refuse neither from the USA nor from any other country before. I visited USA in 2004 and I got my USA visa again in 2020. I can not understand how the IRCC told me that I have a Refusal USA. I have not overstay in the US nor I have I been charged to any offence.

Send IRCC a webform as soon as possible for reconsideration, sending required information and documentation, if needed.
