we recently applied for me and my wife visitor visa, both are working full time, all the proof, vacation letter everything was attached, there is not any objection on financial situation they both had quite a bit of saving... but their application was refused for the following reason... can someone please advise how can we reapply.... we don't have travel history, we have lots of properties, jobs and parents backhome for family ties in back home... as a sponsor we attached letter from my cousin, and showed interest in visiting toronto, ottawa and montreal...
Refusal:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
