Visitor Visa Refusal Reason

I applied for Canada visitor visa in late 2017 from India, which got refused. I applied it through a travel agent. He neither shared the appointment number with me nor provided refusal letter. Now, I do not have any idea why my visa was refused. Can someone please guide me, how can I get that information. Why my visa got rejected?

Hi, In order to get the reason of refusal you at least require to have UCI, Application number or GCkey account. Ask the travel agent regarding any one thing.
