Visitor Visa refusal, anyone who applied for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) ??

Hi All,

My visitor visa application has been refused, and they mentioned below mentioned reasons of refusal

Grounds for refusal:

· Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada

My question is : what if i apply for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) to know the reason of refusal.
1)will it helpful for me as i am planing to apply 2nd time
2) How much time it will take to answer ?

need your recommendations do i need to apply for this or not ?

Caips notes takes about a month. It will be helpful as those reasons are pretty generic

what else apart from below mentioned and how much do i need to support economic establishment and economic conditions ?

I showed my saving in bank around $14353 (CAD)
Gold/PROPERTY evaluation: $179420 (CAD)
Job as IT Manager : $ 807 (CAD) Per month
I provided all salary slips of last 6 months
Last 3 years ITR's (Tax return)

Bur still visa officer was not satisfied
what can i do more ?

Your finances look fine. Ties to home country looks ok as you have a job and property. What did you show for travel history? What was the reason for coming to Canada? Do you have any family in Canada and are there more of them in Canada than your home country?

But the notes will definitely give you more in depth reasons

I don't have any travel History. My cousin send me invitation to spend 2 to 3 weeks time with them. My company granted leaves and provided NOC.
I applied only my application, all my family including Wife, 2 Kids (1 year, 5 year), and parents are in my home country.

the reason of refusal is confusing me ...
what it can be and how can i overcome it during my 2nd attempt ?
in refusal it is recommended not to apply with similar documentation again. what should i do for my 2nd try ?

Honestly, wait until you get your notes. They will make things a lot clearer and then you can go about addressing the real reasons.

1. Your salary is on the very low side. To a visa officer, it may seem like you do not have the financial incentives to return to your home country.

2. Do you legally own the property? And the jewelry? Or is it owned by another family member?

3. There seems to be considerable inconsistency between your bank balance and your income. Did you borrow any money shortly before you applied?

4. You have not traveled abroad earlier to visa-required countries. It would seem unusual that you will spend a significant amount of your savings to travel abroad to meet your cousin.

5. Just curious: Based on your forum name, do you work in the defense services/army?

Ans:

2) Yes I owned 30% of propery (One Plot) rest property is on my fathers name.

3) My father-in-law gifted me $ 8945 CAD. And I attached a giftdeed with my application. Around $ 5367 are from my own saving Last 6 months old.

4) I don’t have any travle history


5) I am not working with defense services or army but I love ARMY

Did your cousin in Canada provided you with invitation letter?
And if so did he mentioned that he will be responsible for your visit expenses? If yes as well he needs to show that his financial situation is stable .
And what did you mentioned in the most important part of all the propose of visit?
Just seeing your cousin doesn't usually satisfy the visa officer you need something more realistic.

--Yes my cousin in Canada provided you with invitation letter to me and YES he mentioned that he will be responsible for your visit expenses,

--Yes he showed his finance backround Land and own house and saving in Canada.


--propose of visit :

To meet cousin’s family and spend some time with them if time allows would enjoy the beauty of Canada while visiting some famous places.

One More doubt that i have and might be the reason. Plz discuss

Owner of my all property that worth around $179420 (CAD) is my Father same is showing in CA report attached with application. But i did not attached any supporting affidavit from my father side to support me.

what you say on this, plz discuss ?

That could be one of the reasons, because they need you to proof that you have access to thses properties by motorized authorisation from your father that clearly mentions your name in it that you have lagal right to sell rent or use the property.

-Also I was thinking you should put more details I'm your purpose of visit ,like daily activities every day of the trip, for example,
Day 1 going to the cinema
Day 2 visiting family and friends ...etc
Not too detailed just a little bit.

-Try to get flight itinerary that shows the departure date from Canada .

-Also if you didn't show a letter from your employer for leave approval ,you need to do so as well. It would be also helpful ifif your employer could mention the date you were hired ,the longer the better. As this is considered one of the ties to your home country and remember you need to show at least your last 4-6 months of your bank statements.

yesterday i got my passport shipped by visa office...
i was surprise to see that there was an invitation letter of someone's birthday party which is going to held in 22 Oct 2018 in canada. On invitation all information of venue contact person etc mentioned. it is beautifully designed. In my application i did not provided any sort of birthday invitation my reason of visit is totally different.

after watching it i am doubting on visa officer work and judgment of my application.

I applied TRV on 17th September 2018 and on October 2nd i got an email from Bangalore Immigration with application number and UCI number .

Today I got email from Delhi Immigration Like your visa is rejected and below are the reasons

Grounds for refusal:

· Having a legitimate business purpose in Canada

· travel history

Can you please help me out wats the exact meaning of the reasons and now what i shud do ..

I have Genuine Invitation letter and I have travel history also

I am confused like if my file is in banglore how can Im can emails from two different cities .I am totally confused ..

-did you submit any proofs of your travel history like visa stamps?--- I submitted my two passports and visa stamps .I have two passports coz My passport expired In the month of August 2018

Please i want to know can we reappeal or reapply ? Wats is your suggestion

I wanted to know what type of visa you applied for?
Just regular visitor visa?
This is very important
Also I just wanted to let you know that there is no formal way to appeal the visa decision, you better re-apply after you change the info you provided my friend

You needed a business visa if it is for company training. The company usually submits the application on your behalf and provides proof that they will be covering the cost of your travel.
