Visitor Visa query to my mother

Hi,

I got work permit Visa for Canada, I am planning to take my mother along with me to take care of my baby, but she doesnt have any source of income or bank statement. Please suggest how to get visitor Visa for her without any financial sources on her name.

It's really not possible to do this. You will need to find a daycare to take care of your child while you work.

The only visa your mother can apply for is a TRV. If approved, a TRV will allow her to visit Canada temporarily (few weeks, maybe a few months) - but certainly not live here with you. Coming to Canada on a TRV to take care of your child while you work is classified as working illegally and will be a violation of her TRV. Also, a TRV is unlikely to be approved if she has no financial sources to her name.

The cost of childcare is quite high in many regions of Canada so you will have to see if you have the budget to pay for daycare sand other living expenses as a single mother. It can also be hard to find a spot in some areas so you would need to secure a spot before arriving if you arrive with your child expecting to work in a short amount of time.
